Q: What products do you offer?
We specialise in personalised photo products — including Canvas Prints, Photobooks, Metal Prints, Custom Towels, Water Bottles, and much more! Each product is made with high-quality materials and printed with care to bring your memories to life.
Q: Can I customise my product?
Absolutely! All our products can be personalised with your own photos, designs, or text. You’ll be able to upload your images and preview your design before completing your order.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of standard sizes for each product, as well as custom size options for canvases and metal prints. If you need a specific size, simply contact us for a custom quote.
Q: What’s included with a ready-to-hang canvas?
Your canvas is stretched on a wooden frame ready to hang—simply unpack and hang.
Q: Do you do corporate and promotional gifts with logos?
Absolutely. We brand bulk items (mugs, drinkware, apparel, notebooks, etc.). Send your brief and quantity for a tailored quote and lead time.
Can I add a gift note or ship directly to someone?
You can purchase a gift card on our website.
Do you keep my images private?
Yes. Your images are used only to produce your order and are stored securely; we never share them without permission.
💻 Ordering & Design
Q: How do I place an order?
You can easily order online! Choose your product, upload your photos, customise your design, and add it to your cart. Once your design is finalised, proceed to checkout.
Q: Can I save my project and finish it later?
Yes. Choose “Buy & Personalise Later” at checkout. We’ll email you an upload link—your order stays open for a set period so you can upload when ready. (usually up to 6 months from purchase).
Q: What if I’m not sure my photo is high enough quality?
Our system will alert you if your image resolution is too low for printing. You can also reach out to our support team for help checking your image quality before ordering.
Q: Can I change my design after placing the order?
If production hasn’t started, we’ll help update your files. Please phone us directly as we might not get to your email fast enough. Once printing begins, changes may not be possible—contact us quickly.
Q: Can I email or WhatsApp my photos instead of using the uploader?
No we do not — emailing or sending photos via WhatsApp compresses the image and reduces its quality. To ensure your photos print crisp and clear, please use our uploader, which keeps your images in their original high resolution.
Q: Can you print from old scans or Facebook/Instagram photos?
Yes, but social images are often compressed. Send the original files if possible; we’ll advise if quality won’t suit your chosen size.
Q: Will my photo print dark or different in colour?
Screens display colours brightly. We apply light colour optimisation for print, but slight variations are normal between devices and printed media.
Q: Can I see a layout proof before you print?
For standard canvases we print as uploaded. If you need a proof (e.g., complex collage, logo placement), request it in your order notes and we’ll confirm timing.
Q: Do you fix cropping or red-eye?
We lightly check and centre where possible, but we don’t retouch by default. Add a note for simple tweaks or ask us about retouching services.
Q: What file formats and sizes do you accept?
JPEG or PNG is perfect. For best results, aim for 300 DPI at the final print size or at least 2000 px on the shortest edge for medium prints.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
Most personalised orders are produced within 2–5 working days. Delivery usually adds 1–3 working days nationwide. Peak season may add a day or two.
Q: Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We deliver anywhere in South Africa. For remote or outlying areas, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer door-to-door courier across South Africa. Fees depend on your area and cart size; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Q: Do you offer rush orders?
Often, yes! If you’re on a tight deadline, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm fast-track options and any extra courier costs. But not during peak times or December
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within South Africa. For cross-border deliveries, contact us with your location and we’ll advise options and costs.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Report any courier damage within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll replace it ASAP at no cost to you.

We accept secure online payments via debit/credit card, Instant EFT, and other supported payment gateways.
Q: Can I use a discount code or gift voucher?
Yes! Simply enter your promo code or voucher during checkout to apply your discount.
Q: What if I made a mistake on my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible! If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we may be able to make changes.
